Our training is programs and masterclasses that help you and your team use AI in your work. Lumr Labs is implementation: we build custom automations and tools for your business. You can use either, or both.

No. They’re designed for people who want to use AI in their work, not people who already work in tech.

Most training runs online. AI for Leaders can also run in person by arrangement, and we offer in person team training for companies.

Register on the program’s page. We’ll reply within 2 business days to confirm your spot and explain how to pay. You won’t be charged anything until then.

For a full program, tell us 7 days or more before it starts and you can move to a later group or take a credit. For a masterclass, the cut-off is 48 hours. After that we can’t refund or credit, but you can send someone else in your place. If we cancel, you can choose a full refund. Read the full terms

Yes. Lumr Labs builds automations and tools around how your team works. You don’t need to do any training first. Explore Lumr Labs

Yes. Every session runs online and live.

Every session is recorded, so you can catch up any time.

A paid subscription to an AI assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. The basic paid plan is enough, but the free version won’t be. We use Claude in the sessions, but any of the major ones will work. You’re welcome to bring your own work, or follow along with our examples.

Yes, as a masterclass for $150. But each module builds on the ones before it, so a masterclass only suits you if you’re already confident with the earlier modules. If you’re not, the full program is the better choice: it builds your skills step by step.

Yes. A masterclass is a simple way to start before signing up for the full program.

A new group starts every month. Each one runs for four weeks, with sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

No. It’s built specifically for boards and C-suite leaders, around the decisions leaders actually make about AI: where to invest, what to watch out for, and how to roll it out.

Yes. It typically runs as two 90 minute online sessions, but we tailor the length to how much detail your team needs and whether we run it in person.

Yes. After the workshop, we can build a custom training program for your whole company, shaped around how your business works.
